What’s a Tincture?

To use a tincture, you simply add a few drops to water, juice, or your favorite herbal tea. You can also add take a dropper full under the tongue ( hold 30 seconds then swallow) for direct delivery. It’s a quick, easy, and effective way to get your daily dose of herbal support.
