Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Wholesale Ordering Terms

All wholesale orders are strictly subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 24 units per product category. Orders failing to meet this threshold will not be processed or authorized for fulfillment.

2. Net Payment Policies

Payment is due at the time of order via our secure Square payment portal. Approved Tier 2 and White Label IP accounts may be eligible for Net-30 terms upon secondary credit review. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly financing charge.

3. Shipping Guidelines

Wholesale shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. We do not currently offer free shipping on bulk wholesale orders. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is explicitly requested and paid for by the buyer.

4. Intellectual Property & White-Label Agreements

All standard Herbalistic Wellness formulations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Herbalistic Wellness. White-Label partners purchasing at the 80% margin tier are granted limited rights to re-label products under their own trademark, provided they strictly adhere to our holistic-use disclaimers and avoid making any unverified medical or physiological health claims on their labels.
