Worry-Free Returns

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your help, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement. However, we do not refund any sale items, special/custom order items, or shipping charges.

To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return.

Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:

1. Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at Admin@HerbalisticWellness.com or call us at 1-410-449-0208 between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM PST, Monday through Friday including your order number.

2. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of your USPS order delivery date. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days.

3. No returns will be accepted for special/custom order items.

4. All refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed with in 72 hours.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it un-opened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. ( ex. shipping receipt, emailed order receipt)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Herbal products that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or contents for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 3 to 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the allotted amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at: admin@herbalisticwellness.com and send your item to: Herbalistic Wellness 4704 Ridgeway Ave Raspeburg, MD 21206. Attn: Exchange

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Tracking Your Packages

Tracking your orders placed at HerbalisticWellness.com is easy. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your USPS or FedEx tracking number which you can use to track your package at www.USPS.gov or www.FedEx.com.
